There are advantages to all...

MEN:
Tae Kwon-Do (TKD) will improve your fitness, flexibility and confidence.  It will help you control or channel your agression should the need arise.
 
WOMEN:
TKD will improve your confidence by learning effective, simple and practical self-defence techniques.  In addition, it is fantastic for fitness and keeping in shape.
 
CHILDREN:
Children who acquire self-confidence at an early age are far more likely to succeed in their adult ambitions.  It channels excess energy, improves discipline and improves concentration and motor skills.
 
FAMILIES:
More and more members of the same family are choosing to train together, as it is a good fun way of spending time with each other, and developing help and support for one another as you learn new skills together.

ATTENDING THE FIRST CLASS:
Before your first lesson, you will be required to sign an membership form - this is to comply with our Health & Safety policy.  We just need contact details in case of emergencies.  After your first lesson, you will be asked for some feedback, which will help us improve our club, but at no point is there pressure or an obligation to join.  Tae Kwon-Do is suitable for all ages and all fitness levels; the instructor is experienced in coping with classes of differering abilities and aspirations.  If there is anything you are unsure of, JUST ASK!
